Bumgardner is working with The Renton Housing Authority to redevelop its 40 acres of low density housing on the crest of Sunset Terrace overlooking Renton. Bumgardner created a Master Plan which envisions a public-private effort to build a pedestrian-oriented mixed -use neighborhood of high density and ground related housing opportunities including vibrant neighborhood retail, a new library, and a safe new neighborhood park. The first phase, 112 units of affordable housing, is in concept design.
