Port Gardner Landing is a three building mixed-use redevelopment of Everett’s Southeast Marina, including the 36-room Inn at Port Gardner Landing, and two buildings containing office, restaurant and retail uses, the Westview Office Building and the West Marine Building .
The Project received an AIA Seattle 1998 Honor Award Recipient and Commendation Award for Washington Architecture.
