This award winning Brew Pub was squeezed into what was originally designed to be a sloped theater space in the below street level portion of a high rise. Bumgardner worked carefully with structural engineers to strengthen the floors to carry the weight of fully loaded fermentation tanks in the micro-brewery portion of the three level project.
