Kinects Tower will reconnect the Capitol Hill neighborhood to downtown with a strong street level presence a midblock cut-through, and a 6000 sf restaurant with outside dining.
At 440 ‘tall, the 340-unit apartment will serve as a highly visible gateway to downtown Seattle. Atop this urban watchtower is a swimming pool, lounge and observation deck. Three sides of the structure slope outward, providing more homes on top than below. The LEED Silver project is in the Construction Documents Phase.
