The redevelopment of this full block on the National Register of Historic Places located in Portland’s Pearl District, involves demolition of a non-contributing three-story quarter-block structure and replacement with a new nine-story, mixed-use structure. The two historic buildings on the remaining three quarters of the block will be rehabilitated. The project has received approval from the Portland Landmarks Commission and is in the Construction Documents Phase.
