Sustainability has been a significant component of the firm’s design ethic since well before the term became fashionable, completing the first urban mixed-use project in Seattle to feature a green roof.

On Friday afternoons you can find us continuing Bumgardner’s tradition of camaraderie, local beer and air-popped popcorn. We enjoy a friendly (or competitive!) match of ping-pong with one another, our clients and our friends on our ping-pong conference table.

The Firm

The firm is lead by three principals: Mark D Simpson, AIA, Guy Peckham, AIA, LEED, Kay Fleenor, ASID, and an associate Nicholas Simpson.
