Located in our recently renovated second floor loft space in the Belltown neighborhood of Seattle, Bumgardner is close to the AIA office, the Historic Pike Place Market, and Seattle’s dynamic retail core.
Bumgardner is particularly interested in individuals with experience in building evaluation, high-rise residential, urban mixed use (“five over one”), photography, Sketch-up, Creative Suite and Revit.

Design oriented individual with experience in Sketch-up, AutoCad. Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, MS Word, and Excel.
